PolyTrac Bronze Labels are ideal for tracking assets and identifying property in mild environments that need something more durable than a paper label.

Printed on .0023” thick white polypropylene, these labels can outperform less robust labels by combining a durable base material that is more water resistant along with a UV topcoat that helps improve abrasion and wear resistance.

Our available four-color processing allows you to promote your company with a label that sports your name or logo in any color palette combination and our digital printing process ensures even the most detailed logo will look crisp and clean.

With customizable text, numbering and barcode options you will be able to verify and inventory your items easily using whatever asset tracking method works best for your organization.

Material	.0023" thick white polypropylene with UV topcoat
Serialization	Barcode and human-readable equivalent is produced using the latest high-resolution digital technology available, which provides excellent clarity and easy scanning. Code 39 is the standard symbology with a range of 2.7 to 9.4 CPI (characters per inch). Optional symbologies include Code 128, I 2 of 5, 2D DataMatrix and QR Code. Although this product is primarily marketed as a bar code product, we can produce it with human-readable numbers only or unserialized.
Label Copy	The label copy may include block type, stylized type, logos or other designs. All copy, block type, stylized type, logos, designs, and bar code are subsurface printed. This unique process provides excellent resistance to solvents, caustics, acids, and moderate abrasion.
Colors	Standard colors include black, red, yellow, green or blue. Custom spot colors also available at no additional charge. Due to contrast needed for the bar code scanner, all bar codes are black.
Standard Adhesive	.0008” thick standard pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds well to a wide variety of surfaces
Packaging	Shipped on convenient rolls with scrap matrix removed for ease of application. Cleaning solution is provided to assist in applying to a clean surface. Cartons are clearly marked to indicate serial numbers of labels.
